The rate is $20 for the first 90 minutes and $10 for every half hour after, This includes set up and break down and is payable in advance. Weekend workshops and high volume rates negotiable – give us a call!
DETAILS:
Seating: The space can easily accommodate 35 seated people which we have chairs for.
Tables: The space can easily hold 6 banquet tables; we currently have a couple that are available on short notice. We'll be getting more soon. There is a storage area where all these are located.
AV options: We have a movie computer projector set up, DVD, CD, TV, an iPod port and a sound system where you can plug in your own unit.
Food: Sandy's Deli is right next door and so during daytime hours, there is very nice food, coffee and even indoor seating available. There is a sweet little courtyard out front, with tables.
Scheduling: We are flexible in terms of booking, but as a general rule, we are asking $20 for the first 90 minutes, which includes set up and clean up. There is an extra 15 minutes between each of these slots, so there's a little wiggle room.
We have blocks also available for longer workshops, especially on weekends, but we're very much on a case by case basis at this juncture and can customize whatever seems best as long as there is no conflict with our regular folks.
Waivers: Rentals are to independent contractors; we ask you to sign a waiver that releases us from liability when you pay for your class time.
Access: There is access to a nice restroom; there is a wheelchair ramp.
Parking: There is plentiful parking on Main Street, the surrounding neighborhood or in our parking lot next to Sandy's Deli.
